i slid out of camp and stalked toward the edge of the riverclan boarders. my tail was just off the ground and my paws carried me gracefully along the forest floor. i smiled waywardly and stretched my limbs and continued onward lazily. the sun was dipping behind the leaves of the nearest tree and i smirked. the clouds above were a light gray and they didn't appear to look like it was about to start a downpour. at least not yet anyway...
my white pelt was bright and my blue eyes glowed in the soft shadows that the trees near the river gave us. i stopped just along the bank of the river and smiled. i sat carefully down and dipped a paw lazily into the water. ripples rolled out along the slow moving river. down below it was obvious that there were unhidden currents below. i smiled lazily and patted a paw lazily at the water yet again. maybe i should find aomething to do...
my ear flicked and i glanced upward toward the shifting sound of the leaves behind me. i turned around and growled lowly, 'who's there?!' my ragged figure made it obvious that i wasn't scared to pick a fight. with my tail missing, the fur from my stomach missing, and a chunk of my ear missing it was easy to see that i was ready to fight. 'who's there?' i repeated, the growl rolling out of my throat with a deep rumble.
